I’ve been on the move this year, with changes every season. Magritte said, “Art evokes the mystery without which the world would not exist.” I entered that sphere head over heels this summer when we traveled to some of the premier art centers of the world – Berlin, Prague, Venice and Verona. Then, in late August I left my position in the Smith College Libraries to devote myself full-time to my art practice. Since then I’ve been in the studio at Zea Mays and my own Two Ponds Studio making art and participating in shows.

- Night Passage, was included in a highly competitive show juried by Emma Chubb, Curator of Contemporary Art, Smith College Museum of Art. [Gallery A3, Amherst MA, June 2018].
- Other Shore was part of “The Art Salon First Annual Benefit Red Dot Dash” show. The work sold and part of the proceeds benefit the fantastic Art Salon Program. [Northampton Community Arts Trust, Northampton MA, November 2018]
